How does telepsychiatry work?

Similar to an in-office appointment, we will meet in a private, secure online space using HIPAA-compliant video conference software.

Will I need any special software?

You do not need any special software. Our software can be opened with any updated web browser on your phone or computer. If you are using a computer you will need a camera and mic. Is most cases you won’t need to download any additional software or apps. You will need good cellular signal, but a Wi-Fi connection is preferred.

How do I request an appointment?

You can conveniently request an appointment online at https://intakeq.com/new/2VSzW5. Providing this information ahead of time will help to streamline the scheduling process and allow us to schedule you for the same day in most cases. Alternatively you can call our office to schedule an appointment at 505-393-4960. If we are unable to answer the phone we will respond to voicemails within 24 hours.

What happens after I schedule an appointment?

We will send you an invitation to the patient portal where you can complete your intake paperwork  electronically. You intake paperwork MUST be done prior to your appointment or we may need to reschedule.
